We are proud to release a series of garments inspired by the world famous French illustrator and writer Tomi Ungerer. From his wide ranging repertoire we picked two of our favorites, “The Three Robbers” and “Emile”. We invite you to enjoy the quirky but endearing stories and art of Tomi Ungerer.
Tomi Ungerer, born in 1931 in Strasbourg, works as a painter, illustrator, children's book author and graphic artist, and now lives with his family in Ireland and in Strasbourg. Tomi Ungerer has been awarded with numerous prizes and in October 2000 he was named as an ambassador for children and education by the European Council. In 2007 the French state dedicated a museum to Tomi Ungerer in his home town of Strasbourg. Tomi Ungerer's books have been published in 41 languages.
